چکیده
Background and Aims: The adipokine fatty-acid binding protein 4 (FABP4) has been implicated in the pathogenesis of cardiometabolic disorders. Blocking action FABP4 through genetic or pharmacological means a preclinical setting analyzing effects genetically reduced expression humans is suggested to protect against obesity-related metabolic derangements atherosclerosis. As cardiovascular disease (CVD) common individuals with type 1 diabetes (T1D), we examined role complications T1D, focusing on low-expression promoter polymorphism (rs77878271,A>G) gene.
